1. About Attendify

Attendify is an employee attendance management application designed for organizations and businesses. It allows authorized employees to record attendance through secure authentication, GPS-based check-in and check-out, attendance monitoring, and related workforce management features.

4. Attendance and Location Services

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, and intellectual property associated with Attendify remain the property of Datax92 Technologies unless otherwise stated. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of the application without prior written permission.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Using the application for unlawful purposes.
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems or databases.
• Interfering with application security.
• Uploading malicious software or code.
• Attempting to manipulate attendance records.
• Using fake GPS or other tools to falsify attendance information.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan.
