Account Deletion

Attendify respects your privacy and your right to request deletion of your personal data. Since Attendify is an employee attendance management application, user accounts are managed by the organization or company administrator. Employees cannot permanently delete their own accounts from within the application.

How to Request Account Deletion

If you want your Attendify account to be deleted, please contact your organization's administrator or send a deletion request to our support team using the email below.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Once your deletion request has been verified and approved, the following information associated with your account will be permanently deleted where applicable:

• User Account Information
• Name
• Email Address
• Employee Profile
• Attendance History
• Check-in Records
• Check-out Records
• Attendance-related Location History
• Firebase Authentication Account
• Notification Preferences

Data That May Be Retained

Certain records may be retained for a limited period where required for:

• Legal compliance
• Employment regulations
• Fraud prevention
• Security investigations
• Business record keeping

Any retained information will only be kept for the period required by applicable laws or legitimate business obligations.

Processing Time

Verified account deletion requests are normally processed within 7 business days.

Important Information

• Account deletion is permanent.
• Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.
• You may permanently lose access to your attendance history.
• Your organization may retain employment records where legally required.
